Euro G1 Jockey 2008 to support Balance Board

After Spider-Man and Wii Yoga earlier on today, KOEI has become the lastest developer to confirm that it will be making use of the Balance Board accessory - this time in the upcoming European release of G1 Jockey Wii 2008.

In a game that offers a deep career mode and the chance to raise and breed their own horses, players will be able to leap fences and steer their GG whilst on top of the board.

"With G1 jockey we have always strived to recreate the full horse racing experience in the most realistic and enjoyable way possible," said Naoki Katashima, Executive Vice President of KOEI Europe and US.

"The Nintendo Wii and now the Wii Balance Board have enabled us to continue our desire to bring every facet of this fascinating sport into the homes of passionate horse racing fans and gamers who want to enjoy a sporting experience like no other."

G1 Jockey Wii 2008 was released in the US this February, but arrives in Europe this September.

I wish they would make a Wii horse... impractical I know but that would be sickkk!

Maybe some kind of riding unit.. it could be used for motorcycle games, horse riding, snowmobiling, broom flying(lol) etc.. ;-)

Jason that would seriously rock. I'd like a variety of saddles for it including one that resembles the uncomfortability of riding a broom.

It could bring a whole new wave of Harry Potter games... Now where's that snitch?
