Many gamers have questioned whether the Wii Balance Board will be able to prove itself outside of the fitness/dancing/stepping genre, lending itself to a 'proper' adventure game.
And, in leaked promotional blurb for Spider-Man: Web of Shadows for the Nintendo Wii, it looks like developer Activision will be giving it a good try.
Players will use the Balance Board in all sorts of ways, from leaning left to right to see Spidey gliding through the air with his web powers, to jumping as high as they can to propel the superhero from Manhattan's tallest buildings.
In addition, hopping quickly will see the human arachnid climbing walls, while stomping on the accessory will see Spider-Man to kick and cartwheel enemies in the metropolis' seediest of alleyways.
