Princess Cruises, one of the world's best known cruising companies has announced that it is to add Nintendo's Wii Fit units on a number of its ships.
Nintendo representatives were on hand to train staff before Wii Fit was installed onboard, and they'll be available to younger passengers (children and teenagers) throughout their holiday - and there's even mention of poolside competitions that are broadcasted on 300-square-foot screens.
"We're very excited to partner with Nintendo to bring the Wii Fit experience to our passengers," said Jan Swartz, Princess senior vice
president. "Our onboard team has just finished training with the experts at
Nintendo to ensure that we're able to offer passengers the best possible
experience with this innovative fitness game."
Wii Fit will be offered on the following cruisers: Caribbean Princess, Crown Princess, Emerald Princess, Grand Princess, Sea Princess and the upcoming Ruby Princess.
A sound idea we think… as long as the jogging doesn't make you seasick.
