E3 2008: EA Fitness fails to show up

Electronic Arts has today officially confirmed that it is developing its very own rival to Nintendo's Wii Fit, software that will make full use of the Wii Balance Board.

Currently known as EA Fitness (although this name is subject to change), many had believed that the title, which was hinted at months ago, would be unveiled at this year's E3 Media and Business Summit, the event which is currently winding down to a close in Los Angeles, California.
We wouldn't be surprised if EA had plans to reveal EA Fitness later on in the year, either at the Liepzig Games Conference in Germany next month, or later on at the Tokyo Games Show in October. Either way, that would set the game up very nicely for a possible Christmas release.

Waiting for months and months patiently for this game reminds me from that quote from the wonderful book, The Scarlet Pimpernel ....

We seek it here, we seek it there,
Those gamers seek it everywhere.
Is it in development? Is it in test?
That dammed elusive EA Fitness!
