EA developing numerous Wii Balance Board fitness games?

Electronic Arts first confirmed that it had a 'Westernised' Wii Fit rival was in the works in May, but a snippet from IGN's latest Voice Chat podcast points to the developer showing off more than one fitness-based (Balance Board-controlled?) titles at this month's E3 Media and Business Summit.

Speaking about the trade show, which is being held in Los Angeles between 15-17 of July, IGN's Nintendo Editor Matt Cassimasina said:

"...I think you're gonna see EA pulling pack the curtain on most of its fitness-style games... And those are gonna be huge..."

It could very well be that EA has plans for fitness titles on both the Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS, but we wouldn't put it past them to attack the Wii Balance Board market with gusto either.
