
Wii Fit has often been touted as a way for those recovering from injury and suffering with limited movement to help them get back into the swing of things. But what if, for example, you've no use of your legs to begin with?
Brian Papineau has been experimenting with Wii Fit's exercises to see just how much benefit can be had by just sitting on the Wii Balance Board (Rayman Raving Rabbids TV Party-esque, substituting the arms for the legs in numerous cases). The results may surprise you somewhat, with many of the activities providing an ample sit-down workout.
