Golf - My Personal Trainer Wii Balance Board Video Preview:

A portion of the GameSpot preview of Walk It Out for the Nintendo Wii:
"Walk It Out will feature a number of different locations to stroll around, and each location features many branching paths, some of which will have to be unlocked in order for you to take them. This exploratory element is bound to appeal to some young walkers, and the bevy of unlockables offers another goal to strive for, as well as another thing to distract you from the fact that you're actually getting exercise. By the time our brief walk was done, our calves were definitely feeling heated. You can see what we mean when Walk It Out hits store shelves this fall. "

Nintendo Power magazine has revealed the first details of Super Monkey Ball: Step and Roll for the Nintendo Wii.
We learn that the game will include 7 worlds with 10 stages in each (that's 70 in all, maths fans). Unlike the previous Wii Monkey Ball outing, there'll be no boss encounters or the ability to make your monkey jump this time, however.
In addition, the main cast of simians will return, as well as mini-games (new and old included), and should you not be a fan of the Balance Board controls, you can always switch to Wii Remote only.
More details very soon!

A portion of the Wii Fit Plus hands-on preview from The Examiner:
"Anyone expecting Wii Fit Plus to be revolutionary will be disappointed. For players and fitness devotees used to Wii Fit, though, the new features might rejuvenate the game. The customization options should be convenient. Regardless of how these features pan out, Knoxville will not know until November 19th, 2009, when Wii Fit Plus releases."

Behold the first appearance of a box art for the new Dance Dance Revolution game for the Nintendo Wii - although look closely at the watermark and you'll see it definitely isn't the final version - which we know will support the Wii Balance Board and feature an exercise-y angle to its bop-tastic gameplay.

A quick preview of All Star Cheer Squad 2 from UK magazine NGamer (who seem not to know anything of the original All Star Cheer Squad's Balance Board support:
"As with the first game, two remotes are used as batons and you follow the on-screen prompts to re-create a routine, but this time there's balance board compatibility for more complex moves). Also new is a routine editor where you can choreograph your own show and take it on the road. We had a go recently, and while the game's decent it was possible the most embarrassing moment of our lives."

A portion of the GameFocus review of Go Play Circus Star on Nintendo Wii:
Pros
"+ Balance Board Controls are well done.
+ Multiplayer is family-friendly fun.
+ Most of the games are serviceable.
Cons
- Terrible visuals & audio
- Wii-mote only play isn’t much fun, either.
- Not much variety in the Balance Board levels."

A portion of the Washington Post review of Go Play Lumberjacks for the Nintendo Wii:
"Yes, it's an unusual way to spend an evening, but Go Play: Lumberjacks delivers the goods for the Wii family. It's a party game easy enough for older and younger players."

A portion of the Academy of Champions preview from Game Reviews:
"Maybe the most interesting feature within Academy of Champions is the ability to play as classic Ubisoft characters, such as Sam Fisher, Altair, Rayman, the Prince of Persia, and the Rabbids. Each of these characters has tailored special moves, ensuring they do feel integrated within rather than superimposed upon the matches."

A portion from the Cubed3 preview of Wii Fit Plus:
"Wii Fit Plus was a massive surprise at Nintendo's post-E3 show, and debatably the best thing on offer. While some of the choices of games are a little odd, such as Segway Circuit, overall it's looking to be a varied package with a bunch of fun exercises."

Hula Wii was never released outside of Japan, and we wouldn't bet on its sequel, announced today, winging its way to foreign climes either.
The Hawaiian dance game that supports the Wii Balance Board is back, complete with a new set of routines and plenty more songs to wiggle along to.
It'll hit Japan this October.

Walk It Out will support the Wii Balance Board, Konami has confirmed in announcing the game today.
In Walk It Out, players stroll through a virtual world that evolves in sync with an on-screen avatar's footsteps. Skyscrapers, windmills, and lighthouses will spring up as players successfully step to the beat of a background music track.
Walk It Out uses the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to track player movement. The game also supports the Wii Balance Board peripheral, and is compatible with Konami's own Dance Dance Revolution dance mat controller.
120 songs are featured in Walk It Out, including "Boom Boom Pow" by the Black Eyed Peas, "La La Land" by Demi Lovato, and Jesse McCartney's "How Do You Sleep?"

Nintendo has previously stated that Wii Fit Plus will be available as a standalone game as well as packaged with the Wii Balance Board, but just how much will the game on its own cost?
Well, if early reports from Japan are anything to go by - not very much at all! Just the equivelant of $21 USD is what IGN reports today, which is cheap as chips for the exergaming expansion pack.

A portion of the Destructoid Preview of Shaun White Snowboarding World Stage:

Ubisoft has announced that Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard, a Nintendo Wii title based on the upcoming film of the same name, will support the Wii Balance Board.
The animated movie sees protagonist Arthur answer a distress call from Princess Selenia, who is menaced by the nefarious Maltazard, while the Nintendo Wii game will, Ubisoft reveals, include a variety of mini-games based on the adventure that will make use of the Wii Balance Board.
Given Arthur and the Revenge of Maltazard, we're unsure if it'll find its way to the rest of Europe and beyond, but we'll keep you posted!

Footage of Dance Dance Revolution on the Nintendo Wii at E3 2009, which supports the Wii Balance Board. "So gay" apparently, according to one lady off camera:

A portion of the review of Go Play Circus Star from Examiner:
"Aside from a few control recognition issues, Go Play Circus Star offers a good amount of family fun. Some of the circus stunts and acts will take a bit of practice to master, so younger gamers may need some help figuring out the controls."
